Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the type of record to choose the first route:
- A docket or case number: begin with Case Lookup, then use the court-specific clerk if the case is not in the first system
- A hearing date or setting: check Court Dates and confirm a changing setting with the named clerk
- A certified copy: use Court Record Search to identify the correct copy route, then order it from the custodian
- A traffic citation: use Traffic Tickets and start with the issuing city or Cobb State Court, not a general county search
- Criminal or civil records: choose Criminal Docket Search or Civil Docket Search based on the court and case type
Superior Court Clerk. Connie Taylor is the Clerk of Superior Court. The Superior Clerk is at 70 Haynes Street, Marietta, GA 30090, and the listed phone is 770-528-1300. General Cobb court listings show Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Clerk courts page may list counter business as 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so call before a time-sensitive copy visit.
State Court Clerk. Tahnicia Phillips is the State Court Clerk at 12 East Park Square, Marietta, GA 30090. State Clerk and traffic assistance is 770-528-2660; State Court administration is 770-528-2622. The State Court Clerk route covers State civil, misdemeanor, traffic, calendar, and filing questions. A State Court Clerk may provide inspection access, but the office does not prepare a name-based compilation for a requester.
